The Automated Car Lights System can detect the surrounding light conditions and  automatically activates  the headlight or low beam lamps and the dashboard light in dark light conditions when the ignition is in an ON position. 

The system also has the dual function of automatically turning OFF the lamps when conditions become brighter thus prolong  the car battery.
